Refund Policy

Strategic Menu Partners is committed to delivering exceptional value through our menu optimization consulting services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Project-Based Services (Audits, Assessments, Strategic Redesigns)

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of contract signing and before work begins

• 50% refund available if cancellation occurs before 50% of project milestones are completed

• No refund available after final deliverables are provided

Ongoing Monthly Services (Pricing Partner, Retainer Agreements)

• Monthly payments are non-refundable once the service month begins

• Cancellation with 30 days' notice prevents future charges but does not refund current month

• No refund for partial months of service

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Client dissatisfaction with strategic recommendations that are based on sound methodology and accurate data

• Changes in client's business circumstances after work has commenced

• Client's inability or unwillingness to implement recommendations

• Market conditions or external factors that affect implementation results

• Failure to provide requested information or data necessary to complete the engagement

Satisfaction Guarantee Alternative

In lieu of monetary refunds for completed work, we offer:

• Revision Period: One round of revisions to reports or recommendations within 30 days of delivery

• Clarification Calls: Additional consultation time to explain recommendations or address concerns

• Implementation Support: Extended guidance during the implementation phase at no additional cost

Dispute Resolution

Before requesting a refund, we encourage clients to:

1. Schedule a discussion call to address any concerns

2. Allow us the opportunity to remedy any issues with our deliverables

3. Consider our satisfaction guarantee alternatives

Payment Reversals and Chargebacks

Clients who initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without following this refund policy may result in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Forfeiture of all work product and deliverables

• Collection efforts for disputed amounts plus associated fees

Force Majeure

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for cancellations due to circumstances beyond either party's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated business closures.

Modifications

This refund policy may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of changes, and the policy in effect at the time of service agreement signing will govern that specific engagement.
